Pre-Order Window

Sets the cutoff that separates On-Hand stock from Pre-Order (sourced from farms) across Order Entry, Order View, and Inventory. When a buyer picks a ship date within the next 5 days, the system shows what's on-hand in the warehouse. Beyond that, it pulls from farm catalogs as a pre-order — your buyers know it'll be sourced fresh from the farm to meet their date.
